Compassion Connect Services provides individualized support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey. Our services are designed to promote independence, community involvement, personal growth, and meaningful daily experiences. We work alongside individuals and families to create person-centered supports that help each person achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life. Based on approved service plans, support may be provided in the home and throughout the community.
How We Can Help
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify strengths, needs, and areas for growth.
Design and implement individualized behavior support plans tailored to each person's goals and challenges.
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support for parents, caregivers, and direct support staff.
Monitor progress and update behavior plans as needed to ensure continued effectiveness.
Deliver individualized, person-centered therapy focused on developing skills, increasing independence, and improving overall well-being.
